Feel Good Friday Favorites

As high performers, it’s easy to get caught on the hamster wheel of life and just go…and go and go and go until we can’t go any longer. We disregard balance and breaks as distractions, when truth is they make us more efficient and effective. So on this #feelgoodFriday, I am acknowledging 10 of my favorite ways to break and balance during and after busy weeks:
