Kate Ziegler is coming to visit YOU!

Learn from World Record Setter, Kate Ziegler, as she shares her experiences training and competing for Team USA at two Olympic Games. Over the course of multiple sessions, Kate will share stories, meet with athletes, take pictures, sign autographs, be on deck for coaching, and provide practical strategies for elevating athlete’s mindsets for greater confidence, consistency in performance, and satisfaction and success in sport and life!

Three sessions:

Session #1: All girls, age 13-16
9-10:30 a.m.

Session #2: All girls, age 16-18

11-12:30 p.m.

Session #3: All boys, age 13-18
1-2:30 p.m.

All workshops will include:

  • Interactive, experiential learning workshop on developing mental resilience for greater confidence and consistency in and out of sport

  • Practical mental training tactics to beat negative self-talk and manage nerves

  • Worksheets and exercises provided for immediate implementation of learnings

  • Q&A followed by pictures and autographs

  • Receive individualized technique feedback to swim faster and stronger.

  • Learn from gold medalist and mental training expert, Kate Ziegler - your personal coach - as she works with you in and out of the water. Ask questions and gain insight into Kate’s training regimen, diet and nutrition, and recovery habits, as well as her MENTAL GAME - the X factor that sets apart the good from the GREAT.

  • Understand how mindset affects performance and develop the mental skills necessary to compete with greater confidence, overcome setbacks, and find greater success and joy in and out of sport. 

  • Participants receive a t-shirt and can take pictures and get personal items autographed.

Frequently asked questions:

Q: What is the registration deadline?
A: You must register by May 10th to guarantee you will receive your t-shirt. We cannot guarantee those who register after May 10th will receive a t-shirt.

Q: Can I take pictures and get autographs?
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to take as many pictures as you would like and get personal items signed!

Q: What type of topics will Kate discuss?
A: You must register by May 10th to guarantee you will receive your t-shirt. We cannot guarantee those who register after May 10th will receive a t-shirt.

Q: Is there a discount for families with more than one athlete?
A: Yes! Families with more than one athlete wanting to attend receive 40% off the registration fee for every additional athlete within the same session. For example:
If a family has three children, age 9, 11, and 14, the cost breakdown would be:
Athlete #1: $50 (attending the 12 & under session)
Athlete #2: $35 (attending the 12 & under session)
Athlete #3: $75 (attending the 13-16 session)
Due to registration logistics, if the athletes are attending separate sessions, they will be charged the full price. For example: If a family has two children, age 9 and 14, the cost breakdown would be:
Athlete #1: $50 (attending the 12 & under session)
Athlete #3: $75 (attending the 13-16 session)

Meet Kate

Kate Ziegler is a two-time Olympian, world record setter, gold medalist, and mental training expert. She is passionate about helping others achieve their best in and out of the water. Focusing on daily “wins” and progress not perfection, Kate helps athletes refine stroke technique, improve conditioning, and master their mindset, equipping them with skills and resources to continue improving into the future.
