Too often we live life stuck in the “if only’s,” waiting for life to start once we “have it all together.” Social media doesn’t help as we find ourselves comparing our lives to the highlight reals of others. It’s no wonder the women of all ages are reporting lower self-confidence and greater social anxiety. Many adolescent girl and women feel uncomfortable discussing these challenges believing that no one will understand or they’re being weak or dramatic, while others aren’t sure who to turn to.

But, the truth is you are not alone, you are not weak, you are not being dramatic, and there is a solution!

Hi friend!

I don't know about you but for years I worried A LOT about what other people think. I compared myself to the people I thought were prettier, smarter, more popular, and more successful. I thought to myself, "If only I was like her I'd feel confident, happy, etc." For years I did that, and, you know what? I finally realized it was a lie. Because, I was good enough just as I was. I didn't need to change or be "better." Don't get me wrong, I still strive to be my best self every day. But it's about being MY best, not anyone else's. With all the pressure on us from social media, TV, friends, family, school, sports, and all that other noise, it's really hard but it's possible to break free from it!

What would that look like?

It would mean freedom from the judgment, second guessing, worry, pressure, and all that other stuff! It would mean having a clear vision for who you want to be, what you want to achieve, and how you want to do it. It would mean trusting yourself and KNOWING you are capable of so much more. It would mean knowing that YOU ARE ENOUGH!

I have dedicated my life to discovering my passions and achieving my dreams in and out of the pool, all while encouraging others to do the same. My passion is inspiring and empowering girls and women to recognize their value beyond appearances, accomplishments, and other’s opinions and find freedom from pressures of being something other than themselves.
